As you found out last night it was my 63th birthday. I was ask why I would want to take on such a task and hold it on my day. Well the answer is what better gift could I have ask for than to help a loved one in need. so last night was the best birthday I have ever had. Thank you everyone for the greatest birthday of all.
We had a great and very successful evening last night. We want to thank all of you for coming to support us and Lori in this cause. A special thanks to all our donors and entertainers. We would ask that as you do business, you think of and support them. Also, a special thanks to the members of Aspen Heights, Crosswinds 1st, and Crosswinds 2nd Wards that purchased tickets and coming to buy things at the auction. Especially want to thank the Young Men and Young Women and Leaders from the Aspen Heights Ward for selling tickets, distributing flyers, helping with set up and clean up.
We had already exceeded our goal even before the auction started. The final total for the night was a huge amount of $9,410.00. This will be of great assistant to Lori and Jim as their continue to battle with their health issues.
The Central Bank account 64334543 for and in behalf of Lori Gabbitas will remain open through the end of November for any future cash donations.
